In less than two months, David Lee Roth will replace Howard Stern on radios along the East Coast. The [New York Times](http://www.nytimes.com/2005/10/26/arts/26infi.html?ref=jewsrock.org) has the story; Village Voice blog [Riff Raff](http://villagevoice.com/blogs/riffraff/archives/2005/10/exclusive%5Fdavid.php?ref=jewsrock.org) has an "exclusive" letter "from" DLR. The latter is more entertaining, plus it contains a joke about Sammy Hagar making a joke about Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers being Jewish (which they aren't, exactly, but they aren't [not](http://www.jewsrock.org/index.cfm?fuseaction=challah.view&page=P)).
