It's bad enough that [50 Shekel](http://www.50shekel.com/?ref=jewsrock.org)\-- the Hebraic rapper best known for his parodity "In da Shul" -- has converted, but did he have to bring Mel into it? Meanwhile, while 50 is basking in the amazing discovery that Jesus was born Jewish ("HOLY SHABBBOS!!!!" \[sic\]) , the world of Jewblogs is mired in heated debate. Did 50 Shekel convert because of all the haters? [Bangitout.com](http://bangitout.com/music24.html?ref=jewsrock.org) suggests that meanspiritedness might have driven the rapper into the arms of Yeshua; [Jewschool](http://www.jewschool.com/?ref=jewsrock.org)responds with a post that's part-defense, part-apology. We're just glad the Jewish tradition of fervent internet discussion is alive and well.
