The intrepid super-sleuths at the [New York Post](http://www.nypost.com/?ref=jewsrock.org) are reporting that Jewsrock.org favorite [Max Weinberg](http://www.jewsrock.org/index.cfm?fuseaction=photos.viewtype&typename=Max%20Weinberg%27s%20Bar%20Mitzvah) has shed his chic West Village weekend hideaway for a respectable $2.45 million.

[New York Magazine](http://newyorkmetro.com/nymetro/realestate/columns/realestate/10885/?ref=jewsrock.org) takes readers inside the House of Max, noting that the three-story Bedford Street digs contain a jacuzzi, three fireplaces, and an adjacent parlor apartment but points out that "a drum set was not present."
